Eleuterio G Martinez, age 93, of San Antonio, Texas passed away on Sunday, June 16, 2024. He was born in Mexico to Domitila G. and Thomas Martinez. Eleuterio enjoyed music, drinking his favorite beer, Miller Lite, and spending time with his family as well as all kinds of people, sharing his stories and educating people on history that he always just seemed to know. He worked for many, many years at the Nursery, tending to the plant life there, especially trimming the rose brushes.
A visitation for Eleuterio will be held Friday, June 28, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Funeraria Del Angel Roy Akers, 515 North Main Ave, San Antonio, TX 78205. The funeral service will begin at 12:00 PM. A graveside service will follow at East View Cemetery, 3530 Roland Ave, San Antonio, TX 78210.
