Elodia "Lolly" H. Munoz

Elodia H. Muñoz, a cherished wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away on June 22, 2025, at the age of 75. Born on December 8, 1949, Elodia's life was a testament to love, resilience, and unwavering dedication to her family.

She is survived by her devoted husband of over 50 years, Luis F. Muñoz Sr., and their loving children: Melissa Castillo, Luis F. Muñoz Jr. (Spouse Marie Muñoz), Johnny Muñoz, Eric Hinojos, Jimmy Ontiveros Jr., Pete Ontiveros, and Laura Ontiveros.

Elodia was a proud grandmother, blessed with a multitude of grandchildren and great grand grandchildren, each of whom brought her immense joy and pride. Her home was a sanctuary of love, where she nurtured not only her own children but also many others who were fortunate enough to be embraced by her caring spirit.

As a homemaker, Elodia had a profound passion for cooking. Her kitchen was a place of warmth and laughter, where she delighted in preparing meals for family and friends. She had a unique gift for making everyone feel welcome. Her culinary creations were a reflection of her love.

Elodia also had a playful side, finding joy in the thrill of winning at the casinos or at Bingo. Her laughter and enthusiasm were infectious, and she approached life with a jovial spirit.

Throughout her life, Elodia faced numerous challenges, including health struggles that tested her strength. Yet, she met each obstacle with remarkable courage and determination. Her desire to live and her fighting spirit inspired those around her, as she never gave up, even in the face of adversity.

Elodia H. Muñoz will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her legacy of love, resilience, and kindness will continue to inspire her family and friends.
