Eloisa A. Acosta

Eloisa A. Acosta, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, entered rest on July 29, 2013 at the age of 77. A native of San Antonio, she was born to Lino and Micaela Arismendarez on January 2, 1936. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Jesse M. Acosta; their children: Jesse Acosta and wife Cynthia, Eloisa Acosta, David Acosta and wife Virginia, Sandra Martinez and husband James; 7 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. She will be remembered by her family for her devotion to her family and her generous nature, never too busy to give of her time. She is greatly loved and will be missed. The family will receive friends at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, August 1, 2013 at Funeraria Del Angel Roy Akers with a Rosary being recited at 7:00 p.m. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home at 9:30 a.m., Friday, August 2, 2013 to celebrate a 10:00 a.m. Mass at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church.
