Ernesto C. Ramirez

Ernesto C. Ramirez 97, went to be with his Lord on Friday July 7, 2017. Ernesto was born November 7, 1919 in Seguin, Texas to Edavijes and Refujia Ramirez. He is preceded in death by his parents, and his wife Irene Ramirez. He is survived by his daughter Maria Isabel Ramirez Saldivar and her husband Armando G. Saldivar; granddaughter: Ernestina S. Jaramillo and husband Benny Jaramillo; grandsons: Armando R. Saldivar Jr. and wife Cindy, Gilbert R. Saldivar and his wife Regina Saldivar; and great-grandchildren: Aaron J. Jaramillo, Austin J. Jaramillo, Brandon S. Saldivar, Zariah J. Saldivar, and Madison I. Saldivar; brothers Mike Ramirez and Felix Ramirez.

Visitation will be Tuesday July 18, 2017 at Funeraria del Angel Roy Akers Funeral Home 515 N. Main Ave from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with the Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. The funeral procession will depart at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday July 19, 2017 from the funeral home for an 11:00 a.m. Mass of the Resurrection at Holy Name Catholic Church 3814 Nash Blvd. with interment to follow at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery.
