Estella C. Quintanilla

Estella C. Quintanilla was reunited with her husband, Ben, in heaven on February 14, 2021. Anyone who would meet her would tell you she was the kindest person they ever met. She will be greatly missed by many.

Estella was born in Floresville, Texas to John and Eleanor Cordaway on December 10, 1930, one of eleven brothers and sisters.

She married Ben Quintanilla on July 2, 1950. The couple welcomed four children: a son, Ben, and daughters, Cynthia, Sandra, and Brenda.

Estella was happiest in her kitchen. She loved to cook, sew, dance, and socialize.

She is survived by her four children; ten grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

The rosary was held on Saturday March 6th at Roy Akers Funeral Home. It was kept to only immediate family to ensure all were kept safe from Covid 19.

A funeral mass will be held at a later time.
