Hi, Grandpa. It's CeAna, again.  I graduate college in May. Can you believe it? I know this is an obituary website, but it makes me feel better. I turn 21 soon too; a day after graduation. I miss you forever. Thank you for supporting me these years without you. You and grandma have been such perfect angels for me. I love you both. I'll see you at my graduation ceremony. Love you.

I know it’s been years. It’s CeAna. I’m about to turn 20 in a few months & I just came across these pictures. I miss you both so much. I can’t believe I had to grow up without ya’ll here. I love you both so so much & just needed a place to talk to you guys.

Daddy, today marks the 1st year anniversary of your entering the doors of Heaven.  Although, I know that you are in a better place without pain and illness there is a void in my life that can not be filled.  Please know that although you are no longer here are on earth with us, your memory & legacy continues.  Thank you for all the unselfish deeds that you always did not only for me but all of us.  Thank you for always being there for me when I have needed you most, even now while your in heaven.  I am ever so grateful to have been blessed with a wonderful daddy.  I love you today, tomorrow and always & forever.  Until we meet again...your little girl.

Daddy, a year ago today, you courageously underwent an extensive surgery that would not have cured you but was to give you a better quality of life with the time that you had left with us.  I am ever so proud of you and saw such courage and strength from you.  You and our Lord gave me the strength to endure all the things that we went through.  I miss you so much but I know that you are looking down on me and once again giving me the strength I need to endure the trials and tribulations that I must go through.  Thank you for always being there for me, while here on earth and now while you are in Heaven; I am truly a blessed young lady.  Forever yours, my Dad-dy-o.

It has been only 4 months since you left this earth and entered into to the beautiful Heavens it has been so difficult, especially since this was our first Thanksgiving without you.  Although, it was extremely difficult I want to thank you for watching over me to have the courage & confidence to celebrate the blessings that we have been given.  I will always love you and cherish all the beautiful memories that I have of you.  You may be gone but you will never be forgotten.  I love you.

Thanksgiving is tomorrow and although I am blessed to have food to eat,family and friends to help me celebrate I still yearn for your presence. I miss you so much I know Mommy does to this holiday season is going to be hard but we will get thru it. I remember every year you would go to the Raul Jimmenez Dinner with grandma. I miss you everyday and will never understand why you had to keave us so soon. I want to hear your voice and see you smile. Keep watching us from above, I love you

What a beautiful day it was because your beautiful daughter, Brenda was released from the hospital and was there with you as well.  We miss you so much but I know that God needed you more than we did.  I ask that you continue to watch over all of us as you always have.

Oh dad... although I am trying and know that time will heal this aching pain, its so difficult.  CeAna and I miss you so much.  We have this beautiful butterfly in the front yard and we know that it is you.  
CeAna begins to smile when she sees it because she remembers all the beautiful memories you and her had chasing butterflies.  

I miss coming home and seeing your infectious smile and asking how my day was.  Bedtime, is extremely difficult because we miss you telling us good night and how much you love us.  Its the little things that I miss; those moments in life that are lifetime memories.  

As the tears come down, they are of sadness but also of joy because I was truly blessed to have had a loving father, who loved me so much unconditionally.

Grandpa, I miss you so much...not just one day or now and then, all the time I miss you so so much! Gosh I just want to call your house and hear you say "hello??!!" who this...O hello mijita and you could talk to for hours. I had to ask God to forgive me today because a older man walked into the clinic across the hall and he looked just like you!! I swear, right down to the hat and cowboy boots. I got mad because I knew he wasn't you and I was jealous because he had his granddaughter with him and I wish selfishly I still had you. I know your in heaven and you are helping us all with this pain but its just so hard! I miss your smile your laugh and seeing you in the front yard. Uhh well Grandpa I just want you to know that no matter how much time passes  I will never forget you. I will carry you in my heart forever. To the Rios family and Valerie, 

I wish to express my deepest sympathies on the loss of Mr. Rios. I think of him often and miss his infectious smile. I know that he truely loved each of you deeply, and I enjoyed listening to his stories of his family, especially his beloved grand-daughter. It was an honor to have met him and care for him while he was on 5A. I pray that in this time of sadness, you will find comfort in knowning that he is in a better place, in the arms of Jesus.

Dear Rios Family:

Please accept my deepest sympathies on the loss of your beloved.  There are never any right words to express how deeply sad I am for the pain your family is enduring at this difficult time.    

Although I did not have the honor and pleasure of knowing him, as Chair of the Senate Committee on Veteran Affairs and Military Installations, I am sincerely thankful for his valiant service in defense of our rights and freedom.

Please accept my most sincere condolences on the passing of Fernando.  My name is Henry Trevino.  I attended Central Catholic High with Fernando.  He and were very good friends during our high school years.  Fernando and I hung around after school.  We went to the movies, soda fountains, played games and never tired of throwing a football back and forth.  Fernando and  I paricipated in track one year.  The coach always wanted Fernando and me to run at different times during our practices so he could determine which of us two was the fastest.  Fernando usually beat me 75% of the times.
I remember him as a very, very good football player.  Even though I never had the honor of playing football with Fernando, it was a joy to see him on the football field playing for Central.  It was an honor for me to have known Fernando.
After we graduated each of us went our separate ways and lost touch with each other.  Though we never met again after graduation, the memories of years long past always brought a smile to my face.
I am very sorry I could not be at the services on Monday, however, my thoughts and prayers were with you in spirit.  
I will pray to God that in his infinite mercy he may lessen the pain you now feel.  The passing of time and the wonderful memories of Fernando will bring you peace and comfort.

God has added another angel up in heaven with him. Grandpa loosing you has been one of the hardest things I have had to go thru. It has been just a few days since your passing and I find myself missing your smile,laugh and being there to call my mom. Grandpa I always loved how proud you were of all your children,grandchildren and great grandchildren..everyone of us was special to you. I appreciate you taking the time to call my mom when she was ill, it was a simple call that could make her day. I love you and miss you dearly, but I will carry you in my heart forever!
