Florentina H. Guedea, beloved mother, grandmother and sister, entered rest on February 10, 2011 at the age of 86. Florentina was born in Hondo, TX to the late Eduardo and Cipriana Hernandez on October 16, 1924. She retired from Carroll Printing after 30 years of service. She was also preceded in death by husband Gustavo and their son, Gustavo Jr. She is survived by her loving daughter, Kathy Abrego and husband Johnny; 15 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; brother, Monico Hernandez; sister, Emilia Nira; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 16, 2011 at Funeraria Del Angel Roy Akers for a Rosary being recited at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m., Thursday, February 17, 2011 at St. Dominic Catholic Church.
