To the family.  My condolences.   I worked with Glenn at Coke.   We worked together for nearly 4 years right before he retired.   I would always tell Glenn when I get my boat we are going fishing.   I was in college at the time, and Glenn in his own colorful language would say, stay in school, you don't want to do this the rest of your life.   I would given him hell because of his flip phone and he would talk about my smart phone.     He was a story teller, from his days in the service, to his fishing stories. Glenn I know you are rejoicing with your mom and friends in heaven.   God bless you sir.

Roland Gonzales Sr.

 Glenn is a true friend of mine. He was the kind of friend you could always depend on—for a great time fishing, camping, celebrating special occasions, and even in times of need.

Glenn was a brother to me and an uncle to my sons. He knew my whole family, and they all welcomed him and became good friends with him.

Glenn was a special person with a very special gift—he was able to make lifelong friends with everyone he met. His kindness and the respect he had for everyone is something my family and I will always remember and cherish forever.

Anyone that knew Glenn was always greeted with a loud “Hey, cool!” It didn’t matter if you were a female, someone’s father, mother, wife, or just a good friend—he greeted everyone the same, and his friendship was always sincere.

My family and I were blessed, and we are grateful to have been a part of his life, sharing so many great memories and good times for 40 years with a very special friend.

You will always be in our hearts, thoughts, and prayers, and you will never be forgotten.

Rest in peace, Glenn Jacobs—until we meet again.

You will always be a part of our lives Glenn, you were the best father to me and loved us as we were your own.  I will never forget all the great memories you made for us.  My best memory will forever be leading you to accept the Lord in to your heart! That is the greatest gift of all, and I know you are in Heaven looking down on us.  You will forever live in our hearts.  We will love you always and you will never be forgotten. We will be reunited with you someday.

RIP Uncle Fishy say hi to my Dad for me 🥹🙏🏻

Glenn has been a part of our family for many years. He was there for our birthday parties, barbecues, fishing trips,  graduations, and countless special occasions. To me and my brothers, he was like an uncle—someone who always showed up, supported us, and cared about us like family.  Glenn and my dad (Roland G.) were coworkers and very close friends for over 30 years. My parents (Roland and Eloisa Gonzales) would plan trips with Glenn and Sylvia for the kids to enjoy time outside in the summer months.

I’ll always remember the camping and fishing trips, swimming, and all the fun we had in Rockport, Austin, and so many other lakes / parks. So many laughs and unforgettable late nights. He always called me his “partner” from when I was  5-10 years old (if not younger), and we still greeted each other as “partner” the last few times we spoke.  

Glenn was an amazing person, and our family was blessed to share the time we did with him. He will be deeply missed.
