Graciana “Chana” J. Ramirez, at the age of 72 was welcomed into heaven with her family by her side in the early morning of Sunday, December 28th, 2025 in San Antonio, Texas. Graciana was the eldest girl of 11, born January 29th, 1953 to her Mother, Maria Magdalena Arteaga, and Father, Jose Jimenez.
Chana was greeted in heaven by her beloved son, Christopher Ramirez, parents, siblings Pancho Jimenez, and Olga Johnson. She is survived by her husband, Juan Ramirez, their children Laura Ramirez, Melissa Ramirez, Adriana Campbell, Juan Ramirez Jr., her grandchildren: Michael, Josh, Anna, Ally, Cici, Sophie, Mikaela, Izaac, Everett, Joe, Bre, Sylase, J.R, Selena, and various siblings, nieces, and nephews.
Chana was devoted to family, nurturing to loved ones, funny, generous to all, and resilient through everything. She enjoyed cooking for a full house, bingo, and lotería nights with her family. She will truly be missed by all.
