Helen G. Smith was born on September 22nd, 1933 in San Antonio, Texas to Helen and Milton Horn. She went to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 20, 2023. She lived to be 89 years old. Helen graduated from Edison High School. She loved playing bingo with her friends as well as going shopping.
Helen is preceded in death by her husband George O. Smith; parents Helen and Milton Horn; and son Steven Allen Burton. She is survived by her children Linda Burton and Bill Burton(Cindy); and grandchildren Bryan Burton(Krystel) and Brittany Martin(Seth).
A visitation for Helen will be held Friday, May 26, 2023 at 8:00 AM at Funeraria Del Angel Roy Akers, 515 North Main Ave, San Antonio, Texas 78205. A funeral service will occur Friday, May 26, 2023 at 11:00 AM, 515 North Main Ave, San Antonio, Texas 78205. Burial will follow at Mission Lockehill Cemetery, 10625 Fredericksburg Rd, San Antonio, Texas 78240.
