Our beautiful angel, Hortencia Estrada who was born on October 23, 1919 to Mariano and Maria Almanza has entered eternal rest on February 11, 2011 at 91 years. Also her husband, Cruz Estrada, a daughter, Yolanda Silva, and sister, Angelita Reza preceded her. She leaves her children, Emma Davila (Carlos), Elia Negrete (Willie); brother, Mariano Almanza (Louisa); also 7 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren. She leaves behind a legacy of love to her family and friends, and will remain in the hearts of those she touched for eternity. A visitation will begin Thursday, February 17, 2011 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. with an evening Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Roy Akers. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home Friday, February 18, 2011 at 7:00 a.m. for a 7:30 a.m. Mass at St. Henry's Catholic Church, 1619 S. Flores.
