She was born on January 1, 1927 in San Antonio, to Anastacio Romo and Dolores Martinez Romo.
Mrs. Medellin was preceded in death by her loved husband Alfred Medellin. She is survived by her sons Alfred C. Medellin (Monica), Lawrence Medellin (Carol); grandchildren, Priscilla (Duane), Taylor, Angela (Israel), Mallory (Greg), Alana, Cody Medellin(Megan); great-grandchildren: Madyson and Jaxsyn Taylor, Julian and Mylah Ocegueda, Bentley Medellin; siblings: Roy Romo, Alice Reyes.
Visitation will be held at Funeraria del Angel Roy Akers on Monday, March 8, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with the Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. On Tuesday, March 9, the Funeral Service at 10:00 AM will take place in the Chapel of Prayers at Funeraria del Angel Roy Akers with interment to follow at Ft. Sam Houston at 11:30 AM
