Jon was loving, silly, outgoing, and always the life of the party, making everyone laugh. He loved his family especially his wife, kids and nephews. He loved a large range of music, but his true passion in life was basketball, which he used to make me friends that turned into family and bring people together! His friends describe him as someone who brought the calm to the chaos, and humor to every moment.
Family and friends are invited to come and share stories and music in his honor. Jon's love of family life, music, and basketball will continue to bring people together through the many memories we shared with him! He was deeply LOVED and will TRULY be missed!
Visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Roy Akers, 515 North Main Ave, San Antonio, TX 78205, on September 11, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm, with a Prayer Service beginning at 8:00 pm.
