Juan M. Galan, born on August 4, 1954, in San Antonio, Texas, passed away on January 12, 2026, at the age of 71. He was a resident of San Antonio and passed away surrounded by the warmth and love of his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Manuel F. and Francisca H. Galan, and his siblings Gregorio, Edward, Richard, Martin and Margarita.
Juan is survived by his siblings Arthur, Balvino Sr. (Clara Jo), Steve, Sylvia (Tony) Quintero, and Beatrice (Mario) Bobadilla, as well as several nieces, and nephews.
Juan loved fishing, playing dominoes and pool, and spending time with his brothers. He enjoyed helping his family around the house and was known as a skilled handyman.
He will be deeply missed by those who knew him.
