Linda Muniz, beloved daughter, sister, and friend, passed away on September 17, 2024, at the age of 67. Born in San Antonio, Texas, on October 5, 1956, Linda spent her life dedicated to her work and the people she loved.
For 22 years, Linda was a proud employee at Goodwill, where her strong work ethic and passion for helping others shone brightly. She was a true homebody, finding joy in the simple comforts of her home, whether it was watching her favorite movies or caring for her beloved cats.
Linda was known for her outspoken nature and her deep compassion for everyone around her. She had a remarkable ability to connect with others, always offering kindness and support to friends and family alike.
Linda is survived by her loving family and countless friends who will remember her for her warmth, generosity, and unwavering spirit. She will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all who knew her.
Linda will be united in heaven with her mother Janie V. Muniz; father Eduardo Muniz; and son George Muniz.
Linda's memory will forever be in the hearts of her sister Mary H. Muniz; brother Frank Muniz; sister in Law Isabel Muniz; aunt Adela Villarreal; niece Becky Muniz; nephew Edward Ramos; niece Jennifer Herrera; nephew Mark Ramos; niece Katherine Muniz; and nephew Frank Muniz Jr.
A visitation for Linda will be held Thursday, September 26, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Roy Akers, 515 North Main Ave, San Antonio, TX 78205. A rosary will occur Thursday, September 26, 2024 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 515 North Main Ave, San Antonio, TX 78205. A funeral mass will occur Friday, September 27, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Christ the King Catholic Church, 2610 Perez St, San Antonio, TX 78207. A graveside service will occur Friday, September 27, 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at San Fernando Cemetery III, 1735 Cupples Rd, San Antonio, TX 78226.
