Lucas D. Rodriguez Sr. entered eternal rest on September 28, 2016 at the age of 86. A native of San Antonio, Texas; he was born to Enrique and Anastacia Rodriguez on October 18, 1929. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Maria Rodriguez, and children Teresita and Daniel. He is survived by his children: Lucas Jr. (Maria Elena), Maria Luisa (Joe David), Elizabeth (Roland), Jorge (Veronica); and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and other relatives. Lucas enjoyed spending his time with family, playing cards, or with his fur baby Lulu. His presence and love will be missed by all who knew and loved him. The family will receive guests at the funeral home on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at 5:00p.m. with a 7:00p.m Prayer service. A celebration of life will be held at the on Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at 10:00a.m. at the funeral home with interment to follow in San Fernando Cemetery II.
