Michelle Romero

She is survived by her beloved husband, Eulalio Cruz Jr.; her cherished children, Laela Dolores Cruz, Janis Cruz, and Eulalio Cruz III; her devoted mother, Irma Dolores Garza; and her siblings, Alfred Cardona Jr., Genevieve Cardona, Ralph Romero Jr., Debra Ann Rodriguez, and Louis Rodriguez Jr. She also leaves behind her loyal companions, her dogs Mary Jane and Smokey, who brought her so much comfort and happiness.

Michelle was preceded in death by her father, Ralph Romero; grandmothers Josephine Garza and Beatrice Romero; brother Rudy Rodriguez and her beloved grandson, Khalil Luna Cruz.

Known for her vibrant spirit and loving heart, Michelle’s favorite colors were green and black—reflecting both her strength and her deep, calming presence. She will be remembered for her kindness, her fierce love for her family, and the light she brought into every room.

Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved her.

Visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Roy Akers, located at 515 North Main Ave, San Antonio, TX 78205, on November 17, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A Rosary will take place at the same venue on November 17, 2025, from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

The Funeral Mass is scheduled for November 18, 2025, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Shrine, 1321 El Paso St, San Antonio, TX 78207.

A reception will follow on November 18, 2025, from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm at Funeraria Del Angel Roy Akers.
