Ofelia S. Lozano

She was married to her husband, Mariano C. Lozano for 66 years. Ofelia was a devoted house wife and a unconditional loving mother to her 4 children. They loved to travel and make memories together. Ofelia enjoyed eating out with her family, watching soccer, and cheering for the Dallas Cowboys and the San Antonio Spurs. She attended Sacred Heart Church and participated in the Church Choir for many years. Ofelia loved animals, especially her dog, Aria, who she wanted to take everywhere with her.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband Mariano C. Lozano, beloved son Mariano Lozano, Jr., and her beloved grandson Ben Garcia, III

She is survived by 3 of her children; Dora Garcia, Norma Salgado (Raul), and Sylvia Lozano; her siblings; Amalia Huron (Paul+), Jose Angel San Miguel Jr. (Maria De Jesus), Irma Lazcano, Javier San Miguel (Irma), Carolina Mendoza (Jose Francisco), Victor San Miguel, Sylvia Haro (Jesus), Maricela Veliz (Gerardo), Leticia Comer (Michael), and Sandra Paz (Juan). She also leaves behind 8 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and 6 great great grandchildren.

She will be greatly missed by all.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, July 29th, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Roy Akers Funeral Home at 515 North Main Ave San Antonio, Texas 78205. Funeral Mass will take place at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Friday, July 30th, 2021 at 10:00 a.m., located at 2114 West Houston St San Antonio, Texas 78207.
