Ofilia Rodriguez, beloved mother and grandmother, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, May 19, 2012, at the age of 76. She was born in Skidmore, Texas, to parents Pabalo and Victoria Muniz, on April 26, 1936. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Ofilia was preceded in death by her parents and her loving husband, Agapito H. Rodriguez, Sr. She is survived by her son, Agapito Rodriguez, Jr. and his wife Patricia Cardenas; granddaughter, Celine Rodriguez; grandson, David Cardenas; sister, Olivia Fernandez; and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. The family will receive friends at Funeraria Del Angel Roy Akers on Monday, May 28, 2012, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 pm., with a Prayer Service beginning at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at the Funeral Home the following morning, Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at 11:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
