Olga V. Silva

Olga V. Silva, beloved mother and grandmother, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, April 12, 2012, at the age of 74. She was born in New Braunfels, Texas, to parents, Vicente and Susanna Villarreal on November 1, 1937. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Olga was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Vicente Villarreal, Jr. and Robert Villarreal; and sister, Mary Helen Gonzalez. She is survived by her daughters, Alex Silva, Annette Newton (Pablo), Gina Padalecki (Patrick) and DeborahVie Avalos (Geovanni); grandchildren, Austin W. Newton, Madeleine Padalecki, Sebastian and Gianni Avalos; brothers, Raymundo Villarreal and Ruben Villarreal; sister, Dora Willars; numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. The family will receive friends on Sunday, April 15, 2012 at Funeraria Del Angel Roy Akers, 515 N. Main, San Antonio, Texas, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Donations may be made in Olga’s name to the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America.
