

Ramona fue una esposa, madre, abuela, hermana, tía y amiga dedicada y amorosa. Compartió 52 hermosos años de matrimonio con su amado esposo, Jose Luis Rodriguez Sr., con quien construyó una vida llena de amor, familia e innumerables recuerdos.
Le sobreviven su esposo, Jose Luis Rodriguez Sr.; sus hijos, Jose Luis Rodriguez Jr.(Yvonne Michelle Rodriguez), Arturo Rodriguez y Armando Rodriguez; sus hijas, Maria Edith Rodriguez y Elsa de Los Santos; su hermana, Maria Isabel “Chabela” Pecos (Chabe); su nieto, Jovoni Noel Rodriguez; así como numerosos sobrinos, familiares y queridos amigos que continuarán atesorando su memoria.
Ramona fue precedida en la muerte por sus padres, Enriqueta Rodriguez y Loreto Flores.
Ramona encontraba alegría en las cosas sencillas de la vida. Le encantaba ir de compras, viajar a México para visitar y pasar tiempo con su familia y, sobre todo, adoraba a sus queridos “bebés de cuatro patas”, sus perritos. Su amor por su familia y la felicidad que encontraba al estar rodeada de las personas que quería permanecerán para siempre como una parte preciada de su legado.
Ramona será profundamente extrañada por todos aquellos que la conocieron y amaron. Su memoria vivirá para siempre en los corazones de su esposo, hijos, nieto, hermana, sobrinos y de los muchos familiares y amigos cuyas vidas tocó. Aunque ya no está con nosotros, el amor que compartió permanecerá para siempre.
La Velación se llevará a cabo en Funeraria Del Angel Roy Akers, 515 North Main Ave, San Antonio, TX 78205, EE. UU., el 21 de septiembre de 2026, de 5:00 p. m. a 9:00 p. m.
El Rosario se llevará a cabo en Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 8134 Blanco Rd, San Antonio, TX 78216, EE. UU., el 22 de septiembre de 2026, de 9:30 a. m. a 10:00 a. m. Se invita a familiares y amigos a reunirse en la iglesia al comienzo del servicio, y no en la funeraria. A continuación, se celebrará la Misa de Funeral en el mismo lugar el 22 de septiembre de 2026, de 10:00 a. m. a 11:00 a. m.
El Servicio de Sepultura se llevará a cabo en Sunset Memorial Park, 1701 Austin Highway, San Antonio, TX 78218, EE. UU., el 22 de septiembre de 2026, de 11:30 a. m. a 12:00 p. m.
Ramona Flores Rodriguez
Ramona Flores Rodriguez was born on August 31, 1954, in Rosita, Coahuila, Mexico. She passed away peacefully on September 3, 2026, leaving behind a lifetime of cherished memories and a family who loved her dearly.
Ramona was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She shared 52 beautiful years of marriage with her beloved husband, Jose Luis Rodriguez Sr., with whom she built a life filled with love, family, and countless memories.
She is survived by her husband, Jose Luis Rodriguez Sr.; her sons, Jose Luis Rodriguez Jr.(Yvonne Michelle Rodriguez), Arturo Rodriguez, and Armando Rodriguez; her daughters, Maria Edith Rodriguez and Elsa de Los Santos; her sister, Maria Isabel “Chabela” Pecos (Chabe); her grandson, Jovoni Noel Rodriguez; as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends who will continue to cherish her memory.
Ramona was preceded in death by her parents, Enriqueta Rodriguez and Loreto Flores.
Ramona found joy in the simple things in life. She loved shopping, traveling to Mexico to visit and spend time with her family, and most of all, she adored her beloved “fur babies,” her doggies. Her love for her family and the happiness she found in being surrounded by those she cared for will forever remain a treasured part of her legacy.
Ramona will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her husband, children, grandchildren, sister, nieces, nephews, and the many family members and friends whose lives she touched. Though she is no longer with us, the love she shared will remain forever.
Visitation will take place at Funeraria Del Angel Roy Akers, 515 North Main Ave, San Antonio, TX 78205, US, on September 21, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
A Rosary will be conducted at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 8134 Blanco Rd, San Antonio, TX 78216, US, on September 22, 2026, from 9:30 am to 10:00 am. Family and friends are invited to meet at the church at the beginning of the service, not at the funeral home. This will be followed by the Funeral Mass at the same location on September 22, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
The Graveside Service will occur at Sunset Memorial Park, 1701 Austin Highway, San Antonio, TX 78218, US, on September 22, 2026, from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm.
