Raymunda Perez

Raymunda was born on January 13, 1938, to Cipriano and Inez Gomez. She was a woman of strength, and unwavering love for her family. She is preceded in death by her devoted husband of 59 years, Antonio P. Perez, and her cherished daughter, Aida Elizondo.

She is survived by her daughters Catherine Ramirez (Daniel), Jean Morgan (Mike Mireles), and Elizabeth Trimble (Donald); 10 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren—each of whom brought immense joy and pride to her life.

Raymunda found joy in the little things—whether it was a competitive game of Bingo or Bunco, the thrill of gambling, or the excitement of traveling to new places. Her laughter, warmth, and spirited nature will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

A visitation for Raymunda will be held Tuesday, May 6, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Roy Akers, 515 North Main Ave, San Antonio, TX 78205. A rosary will occur Tuesday, May 6, 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 515 North Main Ave, San Antonio, TX 78205. A funeral mass will occur Wednesday, May 7, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM at St Ann's Catholic Church, 210 St Ann St, San Antonio, TX 78201. A graveside service will occur Wednesday, May 7, 2025 from 11:30 AM to 11:50 AM at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, 1520 Harry Wurzbach Rd, San Antonio, TX 78209.
