Our beloved brother, uncle and friend Richard Manriquez passed away Christmas morning. He will dearly be missed by all his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Mary Diaz of 20 years; parents, Trinidad and Bertha Manriquez; brothers, Trini and William Manriquez. Richard loved working for the Ingrams at Broadway and 9th Antiques. He enjoyed working with Mrs. Carmen Ingram, Mrs. Carmen’s sister Lovey and daughter Joanne Fox for more than 20 years. Richard is survived by his brother, Burt and wife Manuela Manriquez (Manuela), John Manriquez and Carmichael Pelayo; sisters, Mary Posados, Peggy Green and her husband Glen Green; sister-in-law Olga Manriquez; many nieces and nephews. Visitation will begin 5:00 p.m. Sunday, January 4, 2015 with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm at Roy Akers Funeral Home. A procession will depart the funeral home 10:30 am Monday, January 5, 2015 for an 11:00 am mass at St. Paul Catholic Church. Interment to follow in San Fernando No.2.
