Robert H. Morin passed on November 29, 2019 at the age of 84.
He was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas on June 8, 1935 to his parents, the late Pedro and Andrea Morin.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and his siblings, Mary Martinez, Felice Martinez, Margaret Olascuaga, Rodrick Morin, Olivia Morin, and Teresa Stevens.
Robert leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife of 64 years, Olga H. Morin; their children, Cynthia M. Sanchez, Rene Morin (Olivia), Carol M. Hernandez (Daniel), and Roland Morin (Teresa); his grandchildren, Andrea Roldan, Joshua Jay Sanchez, Emily Barrera, Aaron Morin, Edward A. Cruz, Jr., Alexis Danielle Hernandez, Daniel Hernandez, Jr., Arianna Hernandez, and Jacob Patrick Landin; his 6 great-grandchildren; his brothers, Pedro Morin and Juan Morin; and his numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends who all adored him.
The family will be receiving friends for a Visitation on Wednesday, December 4 at Roy Akers Funeral Home – 515 N. Main Ave. – from 5 PM to 9 PM, with a Rosary to be recited at 7 PM. A Funeral Procession will depart from the funeral home at 11:30 AM on Thursday, December 5 and arrive at St. Henry Catholic Church – 1619 S. Flores St. 78204 – for a Mass at 12 PM. Burial at Mission Burial Park South – 1700 SE Military Dr. 78214 – will follow at the conclusion of the service.
