Suewell William “Mac” McCoy, passed way in Somerset, TX Tuesday, August 20, 2013. He was preceded in death, by his wife, Joy Laverne. He is survived by sons: Bryan, Tom, Todd and wife, Sarah, Trey; and by his many beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He served in the U.S. Army Airborne Rangers as a Slavic linguist, NATO War College instructor and in the Counter Intelligence Branch. He was a national award winning sales manager in the wine and spirits industry throughout the State of Texas from the early 1960’s - 1980’s. He was an avid Texas hunter and golf enthusiast. He touched countless lives and offered unlimited wisdom to all. He was loved by every person that crossed paths with him and affectionately called “D-Pop”. He will be deeply missed by all.
