Esperanza T Gonzalez

Esperanza was a woman whose life was centered around the people and things she loved. She cherished her family deeply and took pride in the many generations that grew from her love. She leaves behind a beautiful legacy that will continue through her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Esperanza was a woman who enjoyed the simple pleasures in life. She loved caring for her plants and spending time with her family. She also enjoyed dancing, playing slot machines, and shopping. Her warm spirit and love for those around her created memories that her family will carry with them for years to come.

Throughout her working years, Esperanza worked as a seamstress for various companies, using her talents and dedication to provide for those she loved.

She is survived by her seven children, including Ernesto (Carolina), Eliazar (Gloria), Emmy (Tim), Elizabeth (Carlos), Eva Maria (Ruben), Elida (Mike), and Cindy and her family, as well as her son Lupe Jr. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren, along with numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and other extended family members who will forever cherish her memory.

She was preceded in death by Evaristo Gonzalez; Evaristo Gonzalez Jr.; Lupe Miranda; Lupe Gonzalez; Lupe Garza; Uvaldo Torres; and Manuel Davila.

Though her passing leaves an immeasurable void in the hearts of those who loved her, Esperanza's memory will live on through the generations she helped shape. Her love, strength, and devotion to her family will remain a lasting part of their lives.

May she rest peacefully, knowing that the love she gave so freely will continue through her family for generations to come.

Visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Mont Meta, 26170 State Highway 345, San Benito, TX 78586, on September 29, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm, with a Rosary at 7:00 pm.

A Funeral Mass will be held at Saint Theresa Catholic Church, 1300 Combes St, San Benito, TX 78586, on September 30, 2026, at 10:00 am, followed by Burial at Mont Meta Memorial Park, 26170 State Highway 345, San Benito, TX 78586, on September 30, 2026, at 11:00 am.
