

Robby was born February 4, 1956, in San Benito, Texas to Thelma Goode Rhyner and Walter Rhyner. Robby was of Lutheran Faith.
Robby Joe graduated from Rio Hondo High School and attended Texas A&I University in Kingsville, Texas. He worked at CPL and farmed. His hobbies were fishing and his pets. Robby was an animal lover that enjoyed cats and dogs. His pets, especially his canine friends, gave him unconditional love and enriched his life.
Robby loved eating Mexican food at Carla’s in San Benito and speaking Spanish with local friends.
Robby was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his sisters, Connie (Gary) Erskine and Becky (Pat) Peacock; nieces and nephews, Philip Peacock, Rachel (Brain) Schupp, Tricia (Paul) Brown, Lori (Shane) Barthelmess, Summer Erskine, and Brazos Peacock: aunt, Carrie (Tom) Nolen and numerous cousins and beloved great-nieces and nephews.
We draw strength from the Lord knowing that Robby is healed, happy and whole with the Lord.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Silvia and Benito Fonseca, for the special, unconditional care they gave Robby and to Tina and Roque Rodriquez for being caring neighbors.
Pallbearers will be Gary Erskine, Pat Peacock, Philip Peacock, Brazos Peacock, Benito Fonseca, and Roque Rodriquez.
The service to celebrate Robby’s life will be at Mont Meta Memorial Park in
San Benito, Texas on January 15, 2025 with a Visitation at 10.00 AM, service at 11:00 with burial to follow.
