Grandpa Bobby, 

I will admit, I did not know you as well as I wish I could have... However, I know my dad, Stuart; always spoke highly of you. Constraints within location certainly did us no favors. However, I did meet you a few times within my life, thanks to Stuart, and for those times; I am forever grateful. I am grateful to have met you and to have known you. We both miss you, may you rest in peace, grandpa Bobby.

The memory I have is when I must have been eight years old and they were having the grand opening for the San Bernardino Mall. My dad and I were  both lifted in a hot air balloon where we released his homing pigeons.
I never got to tell you that you are a good father and friend. I'm glad to have been your son, and a Mejia.
