Charles Dotson, 87, of Decatur, GA, died April 19, 2011. He is survived by his loving wife Doris Dotson. He is also survived by his daughters, Jeannie (Mack) Johnston, and Connie Marie (Debbie) Dotson; son, Stephen Charles (Carol) Dotson; sister, Virginia Trimmier; brother, Jack Dotson; grandchildren, Kevin, Claire, Drew, Jacob, Abigail. Mr. Dotson worked for Goldkist from 1947-1984. He served in the US Air Force. He also liked to golf, fish and play tennis. A visitation will be held Friday, April 22, 2011 from 5:00-7:00 pm at Sandy Springs Chapel, 136 Mt Vernon Hwy, Sandy Springs, GA 30328. A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, April 23 at 2:00 pm at Sandy Springs United Methodist Church, 86 Mt Vernon Hwy, Sandy Springs, GA 30328. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, 2302 Parklake Dr, NE, Ste 210, Atlanta, GA 30345.
