Chuck will always have a place in my heart. Thought of often with a smile and
sometimes tears. A gentle spirit kind soul gone but never forgotten.

Although its been some time since he has been gone, The Impact has lasted much longer. I think of him every time I am working with a new Client shopping for a home. I think, I sure wish I could call Chuck! Chuck was a great contact in the business and I could always rely on him to take care of my clients. He made their home buying experience that much better and took care of them from first call to closing . Sure miss the good old days when I could call him up. I haven't found or met anyone who can fill his shoes.

While I never met Chuck, he was our insurance agent for our home and cars. I always remembered him for being knowledgeable, curteous and always the consumate professional. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

To the entire Renner Family,

My name is Sheila Jiwani. I never met Chuck but spent countless hours on the phone discussing my home and auto policy. He was introducted to me by my sister, Geeta Siersma who insisted I speak to Chuck. I never looked back. Chuck always gave me the best advice and put the interest of my family foremost when it came to our insurance needs.

I have been trying to contact Chuck for the past three weeks and only today was I informed of his demise. I am in such a state of shock and sorrow. How can this happen? So senseless.

My deepest thoughts are with you all. I will never forget Chuck.

Sincerely,
Sheila Jiwani

While I never met Mr. Renner, for the past 3 years he was our insurance advisor for our home and cars. From the initial contact and over the following years, he never came across as a salesman with professional rhetoric aimed to add an account. Instead, he presented as responsive to questions, patient and caring for you personally, committed to the company yet trustworthy and committed to serving you the customer both on the phone and in his email correspondences. So impressive in his work life, I'm sure it was magnified many times over in other aspects of his too short life. My prayers and heartfelt condolences go out to his wife, children, and extended family. May the love of God, family and friends embrace you during this difficult time.

Had a great time in Maui with you Chuck. You were always smiling and cracking jokes while holding your beautiful wife's hand. I'm very sorry for your loss. Prayers and love from a fellow co-worker and friend.
