Christopher Spann Dolive

Chris leaves behind his family Earl and Paige Dolive, his sisters, Elizabeth Rianhard (Brian) and Mary Brittain Dolive, Olivia Kinderman (Steven), Anna Dolive, niece and nephew Ella Heald and Will Heald. He is also survived by his mother, Betsy Milner Cowell, along with additional loving family members including aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Chris grew up in Atlanta, where he built lifelong friendships that he treasured throughout his life. Peachtree Presbyterian Church was an important part of his childhood, where he enjoyed playing basketball in the church youth league and making memories with friends. He attended Woodward Academy and North Atlanta High School before continuing his education at Georgia Southern University.

Chris's love for the outdoors began at an early age through summers spent at camp. That adventurous spirit stayed with him throughout his life, and he found joy in spending time at the beach, hiking scenic trails, and skiing in the mountains. Chris was a devoted sports fan who rarely missed the chance to cheer on his favorite teams, Georgia Tech and the Braves. He also loved attending concerts, making memories with family, and staying connected with the many lifelong friends he cherished over the years.

Above all, Chris's greatest joy was the time he spent with those he loved. His kind heart, generous spirit, infectious sense of humor, and unwavering friendship left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all whose lives he touched.

The family appreciates the love, prayers, and support they have received during this difficult time as they gather to celebrate Chris's life.

There will be a private family service and memorial service at a later date.
