Randall proudly served his country in the United States Navy Seabees. The Navy Construction Battalion- better known as Seabees- is responsible for much of the temporary and permanent infrastructure at U.S. military locations around the world. The Seabee nickname is a heterography of the initial letters “CB” from the words “Construction Battalion”.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley Morris, daughter and son-in-law, Kimberly M. Bell and Joey Bell of Woodstock: his son, Jimmy Morris of Blairsville; sister, Connie B. Morris of Blairsville; brother and sister-in law, Danny L. Morris and Sandra Morris of Woodstock and two grandsons, Austin Bell and Carson Bell.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 15, 2025, from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. at Sandy Springs Chapel, 136 Mt. Vernon Hwy. NE, Sandy Springs, Georgia 30328.
