.Mrs. Edith O’Neal, age 99, a lifelong resident of Atlanta died April 28, 2017.Affectionatly known as “Big Mama”, she was a caring, giving and loving person and is survived by her daughter Barbara Cohen of Tucker, GA and her son Ray Glasco of Anderson, South Carolina. Also surviving are her sisters, France McMahon, Helen Petrogallo and brother, Dillard Medlin, all of Tucker, GA and grandchildren. great grandchildren and a great, great grandson. Those who wish may make a memorial contribution to the Alzheimer’s Association in memory of Mrs. Edith O’Neal. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Sandy Springs Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
