Felicia G. Downs, 69, born in Buffalo, NY on 12/31/1943, went to be with God on 12/04/2013 after a brief illness. She is survived by her sons Greg and Jason Downs, her sister Diane Pachman, her granddaughters Alexa and Sofia Downs, her niece Lisa Hudson, and her nephew Jeff Pachman. Viewing will be at Sandy Springs Chapel in Sandy Springs, GA on Saturday 12/07/2013 at 10:30 p.m. followed by a graveside service at Arlington Memorial Park at 12:15pm.
