Frances Bowen Oliver, age 94, of Chamblee, GA died January 27, 2015. She is survived by her daughter Barbara O. Nix of Kingwood, Texas; her son, Jim R. Oliver of Jasper, GA; grandchildren Kimberly Menchaca and Richie Menchaca and great grandchildren Breahna and Bryce Menchaca. Graveside services will be held Saturday, January 31, 2015 at 2 o’clock in Arlington Memorial Park. Rev David Shivers will officiate. The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. at Sandy Springs Chapel, 136 Mt. Vernon Hwy, NE Sandy Springs, GA 30328.
