Janet was my last living relative. Her grandmother and my grandfather were siblings and her father was best man at my parents wedding. RIP

Just seeing this in October of 2014. Mrs Rodeheaver was my professor at UF from 1980-1982. She was a wonderful teacher and role model. I have not forgotten her.

Karen and Diane,

Our heartfelt thoughts and prayers are with you. I have so many fond memories of your Mom and Dad. I remember going to your house on 20th place after church, Daddy would say we won't stay long...well famous last words. We always ended up staying for dinner because we were having such a good time. God Bless you all!

Love, Libby & Mike McKee

Karen, Diane & Family,

Neil and I are so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. It's hard to realize that both your parents are gone, but they will always live on in your hearts and you will always have all the fond memories of your time together as a family.

Our parents were friends and we were friends as children in Gainesville. When my mother and daddy moved to Lake City they always kept in touch with your mom and dad and saw each other regularly. When your mom and dad moved to Daytona Beach Shores we would all get together when my daddy came to visit Neil and I.

When we were kids, I remember cook-outs we all used to have on 20th Place and how your dad knew how to cook a rare steak - Yum. He was a great cook and he and your mom were a really good team. We miss both of them and all the fun we had. Our thoughts are with you at this time.

Janet, you were always a gracious lady. Even when I said I was going to spend Christmas Eve at your house so I wouldn't miss Bryce's second Christmas. There are lots of good memories of you.
