Judy Jacobs Wayne, born September 18, 1950 in Atlanta, GA, daughter of Leslie Lyons Jacobs, Jr. and Marian L. Jacobs, died March 2, 2013. Judy is survived by her brother Leslie Lyons Jacobs, III; son, Richard Carter Wayne, Jr. and grandson, Noah Carter Wayne. Her interests included collecting jewelry, caring for her pet Shih Tzu, Charlie, and generously caring for others. Most of all Judy will be remembered for being an accepting and unconditionally loving sister, mother, grandmother and friend. She will be missed deeply by the countless hearts she touched. Graveside services will be held at Arlington Memorial Park, Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. Contributions in Judy’s memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, and the National Fibromyalgia Partnership, Inc.
