Margaret "Peggy" Martin, age 91, passed away in Marietta, Georgia on July 9, 2016. She was born in Hagerstown, Maryland on December 6, 1924 to Ted and Cathryn Zeigler. She married George Edward Martin on June 17, 1945. Peggy moved with Ed often during his career in the Army. She worked as a salesgirl at Rich's, volunteered at North Fulton Hospital and at Fernbank Museum, and was a homemaker. Peggy was a beloved mother, wife, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She is survived by her daughter, Carol Hagy, her grandchildren, Michael and Layne, and her great-grandchild, Margot. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 13, 2016 from 5 - 7 p.m. at Sandy Springs Chapel, 136 Mt. Vernon Hwy NE, Sandy Springs, GA 30328
