Rebecca "Becky" Flury Martin

Becky was preceded in death by her parents, Luther H. Flury, Jr. and Erma Jane Flury, as well as her brother, Alan D. Flury, and her nephew, Brett A. Flury.

She is survived by her brother Robert (Bob) Flury (Christine), and her sister-in-law, Helen C. Flury (Mrs. Alan D. Flury), as well as nieces and nephews and very good friends.

Becky was born and raised in Atlanta, GA. She graduated from East Atlanta High School. After graduation she worked and lived in Atlanta several years before finally settling in Ellijay. In Ellijay she worked as the Office Administrative Assistant for Blue Ridge Mountain Internal Medicine from 1987 until the Office officially closed in December 2020.

Becky loved life. She will be remembered for her thoughtfulness, her always happy disposition, and her funny sense of humor. She will also be remembered for her "true love of animals", especially for all the "puppies" that were fortunate enough to be by her side.

"There are special people in our lives who never leave us...even after they are gone." Becky is one of them. We will always hold close to the many happy memories that we have shared with her.
