Stephen Daron Crumity was born May 11, 1992, to Tatiana Allen (Grayland Allen) and Ron Crumity (Barbara Crumity), in Prince William County, VA. He departed this earthly life on Tuesday, September 14, 2021.
Daron gave his life to Christ at an early age and never missed an opportunity to share God’s love with anyone that would listen. He was a giver at heart. He gave his time and heart to anyone that asked or needed it, without ever expecting anything in return. He was always there. He would spend 9 to 10 hours at work and then come home and feed the homeless and minister to them the word of God. If he had it, he was willing to share it, even if it was his last. He loved his family. I don’t know many 29-year-old Men that would be on the phone with their Grandma singing songs to each other until midnight. He was proud to say he was his Mothers’ twin.
Daron’s smile and personality would breathe air into whatever room he entered. He was mannerable, always answering with a yes sir, no sir, or even a yes mam or no mam. His hailing laughter would also command attention and draw people to him. He loved football, dancing, Michael Jackson, Bruce Lee, Walter Payton, Kim Burrell, Denzel Washington, David Run, and all genres of music (he was an old soul). We’re pretty sure he could dance before he could walk. There was never a beat he didn’t dance to or a song he couldn’t sing. He loved showing his personality through his wardrobe. Daron was a young man that loved to befriend people. He allowed a 70-year homeless man who fell on hard times to stay with him whenever he needed.
Daron always had a joke waiting or a funny story to tell, whether you wanted to hear it or not. We were watching Home Alone and the scene where one of the character’s heads caught on fire and he put it out by sticking his head in the toilet, came on the television. Daron was about 4 and jumped up from his seat and went to the back of the house, only to come out with toilet water dripping from his head. He never changed from being a big kid at heart. Daron always showed up in this world, loving and carefree. He touched many lives! His life, although brief, should be celebrated because there’s no doubt
HE HAD THE HEART OF GOD!
Daron leaves his lasting memories with his Mother and Stepfather Tatiana and Grayland Allen, Father and Stepmother Ron and BarbaraCrumity; Brothers, Chris Hill, Justin Crumity, Jordan Crumity, Noah Crumity, Darnell Crumity, Stepbrother Aaron Smalls; loving Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nephews, Nieces, Godmother and a host of close friends that will miss him dearly.
