Born in New York, he was the second son to Bernie and Bessey Youngelson. Steve was a loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin and friend. He is survived by his former wife, Vicki Youngelson; his son, Brett Youngelson; daughter, Lindsey Wolfe; son-in-law, Theodore Wolfe; beloved grandson, Atlas Wolfe and many loving cousins, nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind countless friends, whose lives were enriched by his kindness, humor, and friendship.
Above all else, Steve was devoted to his family. He was a loving father and a proud grandfather, who absolutely adored his grandson. He showed everyone he encountered pictures of his grandson, Atlas, and told stories about him.
A successful attorney and businessman, Steve owned nightclubs and was known for his outgoing personality and ability to connect with people from all walks of life. He never met a stranger whether you knew him for five minutes or 50 years; he had a way of making you feel welcome and like an old friend.
Steve was famous for his sense of humor and his endless collection of stories. He could make a room laugh with a single remark and could captivate friends and family with tales from his many adventures.
He enjoyed sports, golfing, gambling, and spending time with the people he loved the most. Whether sharing laughs with friends or gathering with family, he embraced life fully and made lasting memories wherever he went.
Though his passing leaves an immeasurable void, his spirit will live on in the stories that continue to be told, the laughter he inspired and the love he shared so freely. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by his family, friends and all whose lives he touched.
