Treva J. Burnsworth, age 83, of Johns Creek, Georgia passed away on Saturday, May 27, 2023. Treva was born in Ashland, Kentucky.

A visitation for Treva will be held Saturday, June 3, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Sandy Springs Chapel, 136 Mt Vernon Highway, Sandy Springs, GA 30328.

Treva was preceded in death by her four children. Survivors include her loving husband of 54 years, Alfred R. Burnsworth; granddaughter, Zorada Truitt, grandson, William Turner and 5 other grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

Private interment for the family will be in Arlington Memorial Park.

The family requests donations in Treva J. Burnsworth's memory to Shriners Children's Hospital, Yaarab Shrine Temple, 400 Ponce De Leon Ave, NE, Atlanta, Georgia 30308
