William Edward Cunnington

William E. (Bill) Cunnington, 75, of Buford died August 26, 2015. He was retired from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Department and is survived by his wife Proserpina (Nett) Cunnington; his daughter and son-in-law, Lydia and Brian Davis of Nashville, TN; his sons, Rico and Katie Cunnington of Buford; Michael and Angie Cunnington of Greensburg, IN and Billy Cunnington of IN. Survivors also include sisters and brother-in-law, Patricia Cunnington of Lawrenceville; Mickey and Charles Sewell of Marietta; brother and sister-in-law, Doug and Flora Cunnington of Lawrenceville; grandchildren, Isabelle, Ella, Noah, Penelope, Oliver, Kayla, Jonathan, Jordon and 1 great grandchild, Glendon. The family will receive friends Sunday, August 30, 2015 at Flanigan Funeral Home, 4400 S. Lee Street, Buford, GA 30518, on Sunday, August 30, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. until 6 p.m. with a prayer service at 5:30 p.m. A funeral mass will be said at 2 p.m. Monday at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 6439 Spout Springs Rd., Flowery Branch, GA. 30542.
