Braulia G. Camarillo “Bea” Simi Valley

Braulia G. Camarillo “Bea”, age 71 of Santa Paula, passed away peacefully Saturday, February 20, at her daughter’s home in Simi Valley surrounded by her whole family, after a 5 year battle with Thymus Carcinoma cancer. Braulia was born to Clemente Garcia & Elizarda Ramos Garcia in Odem, Texas on March 26, 1938. Being raised in McAllen, Texas, as a young woman, she used to work as a waitress at “The Confectionate” for 5 years until she met her husband. For the next 10 years, she stayed home to raise her children and in 1977, she became an in-home nurse aide for many elderly citizens in Santa Paula. She loved to spend time caring for those who could no longer take care of themselves and she used to love to hear their stories of life. Tio Carlos and family,
We all will have happy memories of Tia regardless if it was by mail, phone or seeing her. We lived so far away, but yet in our hearts she was so close. God has given her a better place to be, and for that we should be pleased. With our deepest grief...from my family & myself.
