

Dorothy was born October 12, 1935 in Spearfish, South Dakota and grew up in Hulett, Wyoming surrounded by the beautiful Black Hills mountains. After graduating high school she attended a teachers college in Spearfish, South Dakota where she honed her typing and secretary skills to become an executive secretary.
She moved to Los Angeles, California in 1953 where she worked at various companies in the entertainment and media industry. She married her first husband, Gil Guerrero, in 1959, but after his sudden passing in 1969, Dorothy found herself alone and devastated at her loss. Moving with a niece to Hawaii for a time, she realized she missed her friends and work and returned to Los Angeles to work for Metro Media Channel 11.
She found love again when in 1974 she met Max Razo, a musician and entertainer. They married in Lake Tahoe, Nevada on January 1, 1977 and remained married until her passing.
Over their 46 years of marriage, Dorothy enjoyed spending time with Max and his 7 children, along with her brothers, sisters and special niece, Ann Jannice Neiman and her husband Dan. Dorothy also enjoyed camping, estate sales with her best friend Nikki, oil painting, but she most enjoyed her dogs, Brigitte, Heather, Zack, Angel and Shadow.
She is survived by her husband Max Razo of Canyon Country, stepchildren, Stephen Razo and his wife Rhonda of Waynesville, North Carolina; Richard Razo and his wife Marie of Oro Valley, Arizona; Nancy Kammerer and her husband Craig of Pebble Beach, California; Sandra Bailey and her husband Tom of Napa, California; Jenean Cerami and her husband Mark of Long Beach California; Michele Green of Long Beach California and many step grand and great grandchildren.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her first husband Gil Guerrero, parents, Benjamin Mahoney, Nina Mahoney; brothers, Ben Mahoney, Lyle Mahoney, Bill Mahoney; sisters Margaret Conklin, and Harriett Waugh; and stepdaughter, Cynthia Nichols.
