Katharina Wutsch

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved friend, Katharina Wutsch, on July 6, 2026. Born in Hungary on October 24, 1924, Katharina blessed this world for over 101 years, including the past two decades as a cherished member of the Mission Basilica of San Buenaventura.

She leaves behind a beautiful legacy in her son David and his wife Kathy, and her grandsons Matthew, Michael, and Jason.

Katharina's warmth and grace will be profoundly missed by the many friends and loved ones she leaves behind. May she rest in eternal peace.

There will be a Mass for Katharina on Friday, July 24, 2026, at 11am at Mission Basilica of San Buenaventura, located at 211 E. Main St, Ventura, CA 93001.
