Larry Edward Spencer, age 85, of Fillmore, California, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 28, 2025. Born in West Virginia to James and Angel Spencer, Larry's life was marked by hard work, dedication, and love for his family.

Larry devoted 35 years of his life to his career as a trucker, where he traveled countless miles, forming friendships and sharing stories with those he met along the way. He took pride in his work and was known for his reliability and commitment to his craft.

He is survived by his loving wife, Marietta, who was his steadfast companion throughout their journey together and built a warm and loving home that welcomed family and friends alike. Larry also held a special place in his heart for his dear friends, Pam Hernandez and John Ortiz, whose friendships brought joy and laughter to his life. He is also remembered as a cherished brother by his brother, Mitchell Spencer, and his two sisters, Lavona Armstrong and Doris Spencer, whose love and guidance were invaluable, as well as a loving uncle to his nephews and nieces.

A man of great character, Larry will be remembered for his kindness, sense of humor, and the profound impact he had on those around him.
