On September 14, 2023, the Lord put his arms around a beautiful angel, for Rosie Z. Morua has been called home to the heavenly kingdom of God. She was 90 years old, born on July 26, 1933 to Jose and Paz (née Moreno) Zamora.
Rosie was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking and sewing making curtains and dresses for her granddaughters but her specialty was baking such as apple and pumpkin pies. She had a wonderful sense of humor, always making those she encountered laugh. Her heart of gold will not be forgotten and words cannot express how much we miss her.
Rosie is survived by her sons Richard Morua Jr. and Robert Morua (Vicenta); daughters Della Alamillo (Danny) and Debbie Rivas (Angel); grandchildren Michelle, Jacob, Stephanie, Daniel, Andrew, Lamay, Isaac, and Daniel; 16 great-grandchildren; and her sister Dora Lopez.
She was preceded in death by Richard Morua, her loving husband of 63 years; their daughter Susie; her Mother Paz and her Father Jose; her brothers David and Alex; her sisters Mary and Jessie; nephews David Jr. and Rudy Jr.; and great-grandson baby Lamay.
