Allen H. "Buddy" Dumas

Allen H. "Buddy" Dumas – a 90 year-old native of Pine Hill, AL and resident of Chickasaw passed away at his home on Monday, January 31, 2017. He loved the Lord and his church and enjoyed cooking, hunting, and fishing. He will always be remembered for his love of life. Mr. Dumas was preceded in death by his first wife, Mary Dumas, and son, Danny Dumas. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Dorothy Crozier Dumas; daughter, Catherine Dumas Holder (Hancel); daughter-in-law, Robin Dumas; grandchildren, Erik Holder (Roselyn), Andy Holder (Christy), and Meaghan Epler (Charles); step-children, Lisa Crozier Toxey (Danny), Carol Crozier Ellington, and Doug Crozier (Cheryl); step-grandchildren, Clay Pearce (Dina), Robert Crozier, Joy Crisler (Joey), Jenny Kiper (Jamie), and Danielle Guy (Brent); three brothers, Charles, Jim, and Alex Dumas; sister, Ruth Bales; nine great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home in Saraland on Thursday, February 2, 2017, at 11 a.m. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 9 a.m. until the service hour.
