Angela “Angie” Bentley Burroughs – a 60 year-old native of Mobile, former resident of the Satsuma/Creola area, and longtime resident of Orange Beach, Alabama passed away on Wednesday, July 29, 2026. She was formerly employed with Sam’s Bait & Tackle in Orange Beach for fifteen years, PNC Bank in Orange Beach for five years, and was currently employed at Rouse’s in Gulf Shores where she worked for the last twelve and a half years. Angie enjoyed travelling to the mountains, music, Harry Potter, and the Twilight series. Family was of paramount importance in her life, especially her daughter and grandson.
Angie was preceded in death by her parents, James Clarence Bentley and Barbara June Morris Bentley; sister, Jennifer Johnson; and in-laws, Linda and Kenneth Ryals. She is survived by her daughter, Angela Jones (Ben); grandson, Theran Jones; brothers, Josh Bentley (Bonnie) and Robert Bentley (Cindy); sisters, Rachel Holmes (Coco), Stacey Mosley (Gerald), Dolly Wright (Kenny), Jessie Barry, Robin Coker (Mark), and Molly Coleman (Kelly); many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A celebration of Angie’s life will be held at Radney Funeral Home in Saraland on Sunday, August 2, 2026, at 2 p.m. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1 p.m. until the service hour. Condolences may be offered at www.radneyfuneralhome-saraland.com.
